What does Pro cost?
Pro is £99 a month, flat. One plan, one price, with everything switched on. There are no setup fees, no per-seat charges and no long-term contract.
What is included in the free trial?
Everything in Pro, for 14 days: unlimited search, complete notices with AI analysis and documents, email alerts, saved searches, tracking, CSV export and the full market intelligence suite. No credit card is required to start.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial takes no payment details, so nothing can be charged by accident. You only add a card if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your account reverts to limited, guest-equivalent access: a short search preview and a few contracts per profile. Alerts you already created keep emailing you, so you never miss an opportunity while you decide. Subscribe to Pro at any time to restore full access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like and your access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Who is the launch offer for?
First-time subscribers only. Your first three months are billed at £33 a month (three months for the price of one), then it moves to the standard £99 a month. Anyone who has subscribed before pays the standard price.
