Description
The Council is facing an increasing requirement for specialist PFI legal, commercial and contract management advice.
The requirement is driven by a number of live and anticipated issues across the portfolio rather than a single project. Recent examples include the Swarcliffe PFI heating sideletter negotiations, where specialist interpretation of project documentation and commercial advice has been required, together with wider matters relating to waste PFI arrangements, contract variations and future service delivery models.
