Fleet Claims Management Service

Derbyshire Constabulary intend to procure a Fleet Claims Management Service. We have had this service in place since November 2024 and are now scoping the market to see what has changed since our last market exercise. Northamptonshire Police Fire and Crime Commissioner and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Authority are also involved in this Pre Market Engagement exercise. Potential cost recovery includes but is not limited to; engineer’s fees, repair costs, vehicle recovery fees, livery costs, internal workshop costs (including parts and labour), pre-accident value minus salvage (in the case of a total loss), loss of use, decommissioning and recommissioning. If the business case is approved, a compliant procurement route will be taken at the point of purchase.
