Support on EU Reset portfolio delivery

Specialist consultancy to address delivery risks in relation to the EU Reset Programme, a major government programme under the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA). The EU Reset Programme is a highly complex, multi-year undertaking addressing key strategic deliverables for HMG and British businesses. The delay to the entry into force of the UK-EU SPS Agreement has generated high levels of uncertainty and means that the delivery schedule across Defra, its ALBs and other Government Departments is misaligned. The delivery schedule requires rapid review and buy in to the new schedule is required from key delivery SROs, who are working within time limited budgets and at times against competing delivery agendas.
