Description
London Luton Airport Operations Limited (“LLA”) is establishing a flexible framework to streamline the procurement and engagement of qualified, experienced professional service providers. The flexible framework will operate across multiple lots and will support the Airport in meeting its statutory and contractual obligations in the planning and delivery of maintenance and minor construction and infrastructure projects.
This flexible framework will provide an efficient and transparent mechanism through which LLA can access pre-qualified suppliers to compete for individual requirements (“Call-Off Competitions”) as and when they arise.
The flexible framework will remain open for the duration of its term, allowing new suppliers to apply for admission at any point, subject to satisfying the published selection criteria.
