Installation of Lockers Wet and Dry Side

his programme seeks to modernise ageing assets, improve the quality of facilities and create a consistent customer experience across Lifestyles centres.

As part of this programme, the Council intends to undertake a phased replacement of communal wet-side and dry-side changing room lockers across a number of Lifestyles facilities, including Lifestyles Garston, Lifestyles Ellergreen, Lifestyles Wavertree, Lifestyles Alsop and Lifestyles Peter Lloyd.

Existing locker installations across the estate have been subjected to prolonged use within challenging wet leisure environments and, in many locations, are approaching or have exceeded their anticipated operational life. The Council has identified increasing maintenance requirements, deterioration in appearance, reliability concerns and inconsistency in locker provision across sites. Full replacement has therefore been identified as the preferred option to ensure long-term sustainability and value for money.

Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to deliver a complete locker replacement solution, including surveys, removal and disposal of existing lockers, supply of new lockers, installation, commissioning, warranty support and project handover.

The overarching objective is to create a modern, durable and standardised locker solution that supports the wider Lifestyles Modernisation Programme and delivers a consistent customer experience across participating facilities.
