3 Year Platinum Maintenance Contract for 26x Centurian and 6x Constellations, which includes Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Local Time, Telephone Support available 24 hour, Annual Planned Maintenance, Modifications for safety/ reliability, First line Troubleshooting Training, Onsite Repairs as Required, Parts that require a Field Service Engineer to install, 24 hour response time, CAS Visit = 5 additional support visits, Uptime Guarantee & Risk Share. Hard/Software upgrades will be applied as and when required.
