support to assess, design and enhance organisational

project, programme and change management capability.

The requirement includes reviewing current maturity,

governance, processes, operating models and skills, and

providing recommendations, coaching, mentoring and

implementation support to strengthen the organisation's

ability to successfully deliver change and transformation

initiatives.
