Y Storfa - Digital Screens

The Council has recently opened its new multi-purpose community services hub called Y Storfa, developed at the former BHS unit on Oxford Street in Swansea City Centre. Y Storfa provides community cohesion, opportunities for self-development and growth, digital inclusion, wellbeing, unity and strength across Swansea's diverse communities.

Y Storfa is accessible to all and provides a range of services in a welcoming environment where you can meet others and participate in social activities, learning and support groups.

It provides agile accommodation for third sector organisations, public sector bodies and private sector companies that endorse the ethos of a community hub.

The Council is now looking for a company to provide and install several digital screens in the new building and are looking for potential solutions to the items listed below.

Given the nature of the building the products will need to be reasonably robust.

All screens as part of this RFQ will utilise Fugo CMS. (https://www.fugo.ai/) This is the current CMS used by Swansea Council for digital assets across the city. All screens need to include the necessary hardware & associated connections to the cloud to be able to utilise Fugo CMS. (i.e not via a web browser, will require a specific media player or integrated screen operating system to install and run the Fugo Player app (https://www.fugo.ai/download/ ) The Council will provide access to its Fugo Player Licence.
