RFI - Support Services for Victims of Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs)

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to engage with experienced service providers, charitable organisations, and stakeholders to inform and shape the future commissioning of Support Services for Victims of Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs). This exercise is not a formal tender, but a scoping market test to gather insights on existing capacity, best practices, innovation, and pricing structures in the market.

Road traffic collisions can result in life-changing physical injuries, profound psychological trauma, and complex legal or financial challenges for victims, survivors, and bereaved families. The Authority is seeking to understand how an integrated support pathway can be designed to deliver timely, compassionate, and expert interventions.

For clarity, this procurement proposal is currently in the development stages and Commissioners wish to gauge interest from potential suppliers – this does not constitute a formal Expression of Interest or Tender process and as such Commissioners will not respond to any clarification questions.
