The design, repair and reinstatement of Pennylands Footbridge, Winchcombe.

The Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a full design and build service for the assessment, repair, refurbishment or replacement of an existing bridge. The works include site surveys and investigations, structural, geotechnical, hydrological and ecological assessments, design development, bank stabilisation, foundation works, bridge repairs or replacement, drainage, surfacing, safety features, traffic management, and all associated documentation. The contract will be delivered under NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract terms.
