Print Management, Digital Communications and Print Marketplace

The RM6420 Print Management, Digital Communications and Print Marketplace framework agreement will replace the following GCA print framework agreements:

RM6297 Print and Digital Communications

RM6371 Print Marketplace 2

RM6389 NHS Notify Printed Communications and Related Services

Print Management and Digital Communications:

The provision of managed, end to end print services including operational print, transactional print, security print, direct mail, storage, fulfilment and distribution, digital asset management, digital solutions, scanning, pre-production services, media duplication and Official Papers (Command and House Papers).

Print Marketplace:

A self-service, end-to-end, instant quote digital platform for buying printed material all over the UK, particularly low value / high volume requirements including brochures, flyers, leaflets, business cards, letterheads and other transactional print.

NHS Notify Printed Communications:

Printed letters and postal mail for both standard letters and accessible letters on behalf of the NHS and health authorities, sending communications such as, but not limited to: invitations for vaccinations, cancer screening, vaccination appointment booking, secondary care referral appointment booking. Also including (but not limited to): braille, large print, multiple languages, audio CD and easy read.
