Direct award to Sanctuary Personnel Limited for the provision of the Managed Educational Psychology Service. The reason for the Direct award is as there is no market which will deliver the full requirements. This is because the service is unique in offering a whole service delivery.
Provision of responsive Educational Psychology Service ensures that the council fulfills statutory timelines and can respond to statutory assessment Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments requests in an efficient manner.
Term: 19th June 2026 to 18 June 2027, with an option to extend for an additional 6 months.
The projected maximum contract value for the 12-month period from 19th June 2026 to 18th June 2027 with an optional 6-month extension clause, is £158,130.
