Specialist E&F Consultancy Support (Hard & Soft FM)

Development of Hard and Soft FM Scope, Specification, maintenance schedules and contract standards for inclusion into a Service Level Agreement for a new FM Operating Model at Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. Delivered via a direct award under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (SBS10190) - Lot 11 Ancillary services.<br/><br/>The appointed Consultant will deliver the following services:<br/>•Review current FM specifications and service standards.<br/>•Review existing asset registers, PPM schedules and associated data.<br/>•Identify information gaps and asset-related risks.<br/>•Distinguish statutory, mandatory and best-practice maintenance requirements.<br/>•Produce future-state service specifications and contract standards.<br/>•Produce KPI performance mechanism.<br/>•Produce SFG20-aligned maintenance schedules.<br/>•Recommend a compliant and cost-effective maintenance regime.<br/>•Report to and liaise with the Trust appointed Project Director and Technical Advisors.
