The Council is seeking to engage with providers that can deliver high-quality supported accommodation for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, and multiple disadvantages.

Our aim is to ensure that individuals with complex needs have:

• Access to person-centred supported accommodation that enables them to develop the skills and stability needed to access and sustain future tenancies.

• Clear and effective pathways into settled, unsupported accommodation.

• Access to partner agencies and specialist services that support recovery, independence, wellbeing, and progression, while reducing the risk of future homelessness.
