WCC - Creative and Content services Framework

Warwickshire County Council currently commissions external graphic design services through an existing framework arrangement that is due to expire at the end of 2026. As the Council's communications needs have evolved, there is now a requirement for a broader range of creative and content services, including graphic design, video and film production, photography, copywriting, campaign development, and animation.

The Council is therefore exploring the establishment of a new Creative and Content Services Framework to support these requirements.

Prior to commencing any procurement activity, the Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to seek feedback from organisations with expertise in these service areas, particularly in relation to the proposed framework structure and lotting arrangements.

Feedback and responses received will assist the Council in refining its approach, understanding market capability and capacity, and identifying any potential barriers to participation.

This exercise is being conducted solely to gather market intelligence and does not form part of any formal procurement process. Participation in this engagement will not confer any advantage in any future procurement opportunity.
