Places for People (PfP) Kitchen Multi - Lot Framework (Supply & Supply/Fit)

Places for People intends to establish a new multi-lot framework agreement for the design, supply and installation of kitchens across its group businesses.

The framework is expected to support a range of operational requirements, including planned investment programmes, repairs and maintenance activities, student accommodation, and residential development projects across England and Scotland. Requirements may include supply-only and supply-and-install solutions, depending on business needs.

The framework is anticipated to incorporate various lotting arrangements to support the differing requirements of participating group businesses. The precise lot structure and scope will be determined during the procurement development phase. The framework is anticipated to have a term of up to four years. The total estimated value across all lots is approximately £53,050,000.

The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023. The framework is expected to provide a compliant route to market, support continuity of service, increase market capacity and deliver value for money through effective competition and contract management.
