INT00098 - YPO Wellbeing Services

YPO is seeking proposals for the provision of a comprehensive Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) support solution, including a secure online platform for conversation logging, reporting and governance, alongside access to additional wellbeing services, resources and training. MHFA support solution should include dedicated clinical support for MHFAs, and MHFA CPD sessions.

The service should support the organisation's employee wellbeing approach and include:

• A secure and GDPR-compliant conversation logging platform for Mental Health First Aiders.

• Recording, monitoring and reporting of MHFA interactions while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

• Management information and insight reporting to support wellbeing initiatives and identify trends.

• Resources and guidance for Mental Health First Aiders.

• Access to additional employee wellbeing services and support resources to support our wellbeing calendar and campaigns.

• Delivery of wellbeing-related training, workshops and awareness sessions covering topics such as mental health, safeguarding, neurodiversity, financial wellbeing and other wellbeing themes. The wellbeing training required as part of the contract will be training specific to the MHFAs

• Ongoing account management, implementation support and user assistance.

• Appropriate data security, safeguarding and information governance arrangements.

The contract will be awarded to a supplier able to demonstrate experience in supporting workplace wellbeing programmes and Mental Health First Aider networks.
