CT0121 - Interim Window and Door Replacement Works

The purpose of this VEAT notice is to inform and give prior notice to the market that the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) intends to modify this contract in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(d) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 to (i) novate the contract from Greenview to H&A (or an alternative contractor to be determined in due course); and (ii) extend the contract for an additional 52 weeks. Regulation 72(1)(d) permits this modification because the contract contains an unequivocal review clause or option in conformity with Regulation 72(1)(a).
