Refurbishment Works to Sumner House WC'S

e Contract is for the provision of refurbishment works to the toilets located at Sumner House, Leyland (the "works").

The building comprises three floors, each with different bathroom configurations: the top floor includes a male toilet with access to a shower room, a female toilet and a disabled toilet; the first floor includes a male toilet, a female toilet with access to a shower room and a disabled toilet; and the ground floor includes a male toilet, a female toilet, a disabled toilet and a customer toilet with accessible facilities.

All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The premises will be available for inspection on Monday 21st September 2026 from 9am to 1pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection. Please email the Facilities Manager Charlotte Garner cgarner@progressgroup.org.uk to arrange a convenient time.

Failure to visit site and report in with the Facilities Manager will result in your tender being invalid.
