NHS Thames Valley ICB ("the Commissioner") is commissioning APMS GP Services at Cressex Health Centre, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The contract is for the provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) to deliver comprehensive primary medical services to the registered practice population.
The Contract period will commence 01 April 2027.
Thames Valley ICB has followed PSR Direct Award C for the contract to which this notice relates.
