Mayflower Park Café and Community Facility

Angmering Parish Council invites tenders for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of a modular Café and Community Facility at Mayflower Park, Angmering, West Sussex. The project is a turnkey works contract for the provision of a high-quality, accessible and sustainable building incorporating a café, community space and public conveniences. The contract includes design development, planning support, manufacture, site preparation, utility coordination, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. The Council is seeking innovative proposals that provide long-term value, environmental sustainability, accessibility and durability. The total project budget is up to £750,000.
