Annual subscription of Egress license & prevent

The requirement is for the renewal of the Council's Egress email security solution for a 12-month term from 02 October 2026 to 01 October 2027. The renewal includes:

1,100 Egress Protect licences to provide email encryption and secure sharing of sensitive information.

1,100 Egress Prevent Enterprise licences to provide outbound and internal email data loss prevention and protection against accidental disclosure of sensitive information.
