Asset Valuations & Associated Services

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced suppliers to provide a range of land, property and asset valuation services across its diverse operational and commercial estate.

These services are required to support the effective management, governance and strategic development of the Authority's assets, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, accounting, insurance and asset management requirements.

The procurement will be structured into the following Lots:

Lot 1: Insurance Valuations

Lot 2: Commercial/Public Asset Valuations

Lot 3: DEC for non-dwellings public/operational Buildings

Lot 4: Other Asset-Related Services

The top-ranked supplier for each Lot will be fully responsible for delivering the services in the first instance.

The second and third-ranked suppliers on each Lot will be responsible for delivering services only when the top-ranked supplier is unable to deliver within the timescales requested.

As such, there is no guarantee that the second and third-ranked suppliers will be apportioned any of the services over the course of the contract.

The contract is anticipated to run for a six-year initial term, with the option to extend for one further three-year period (6 + 3).
