Major Void Refurbishment - 1 Kings Road, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, GL10 2EZ

The specific project forming the subject of this Invitation to Tender includes refurbishment and remodelling works to an existing residential property. The Council is seeking to appoint competent and experienced contractors capable of delivering these works safely, collaboratively and to a high standard of workmanship. Contractors will be expected to demonstrate strong project management, effective programme control, appropriate health and safety management and experience of delivering refurbishment works within the social housing sector, including the management of asbestos-related risks where applicable.
