Services will be delivered through a flexible framework contract model. The contract term will be for a total of Six (6) years. The term will be an initial two (2) year period, followed by two further extension periods of 2 years. Providers will be invited to join the Flexible Framework at the two year break periods through a formal tender process.
Re-opening July 2026 update - this framework has now been modified and will run until July 2027, with an option to extend until December 2027.
