Independent Review of Organisational Operations and Effectiveness
Description
UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) is commissioning an external supplier to undertake an independent, evidence-based review of elements of its operational model. The review will assess current structures, processes and ways of working across relevant functions, with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives.
The appointed supplier will undertake a structured assessment using appropriate methodologies (e.g. stakeholder engagement, document review and benchmarking against comparable organisations and recognised good practice). The output will include findings and practical recommendations to support continuous improvement, strengthen governance, and enhance organisational capability.
The work will involve engagement with key stakeholders and analysis of existing documentation. The supplier will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical capability, experience of organisational reviews within regulated or public sector environments, and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
