George Elliston and Eric Wilkins Refurbishment - Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services
Description
The Corporation seeks to appoint a multidisciplinary consultant to provide contract administration and quantity surveying services for the George Elliston and Eric Wilkins External Works and Electrical Upgrades package. The works will include:
window replacement
roof covering replacement including upgraded insulation
repair/replacement of rainwater goods
external fabric repairs including concrete and brickwork
any associated building work
redecoration of all previously painted surfaces within internal communal areas
electrical works including lateral mains replacement and communal lighting upgrades (where required)
provision of mechanical extraction
The multidisciplinary consultant will work collaboratively with the existing design team, principal contractor, and internal project leads to ensure successful delivery of the works.
