External Works Package at a Residential Dwelling, North Leigh, Witney

West Oxfordshire District Council ‘The Authority’ is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors to carry out a programme of external works at a Council owned residential property at 45 Common Road, Witney OX29 6RE.

This document should be read in conjunction with the following supporting documents

• Appendix A – Schedule of Rates/Specification.

• Appendix B – Site Layout.

• Appendix C – Aerial Photograph of Dwelling.

• Appendix D – Terms and Conditions

Contractors are strongly advised to carry out a site visit in to assist with the preparation of their quotation response. Site visits should be arranged through Micheal Peck – Facilities Lead – Michael.Peck@westoxon.gov.uk.

All potential contractors must hold relevant waste carrier registrations and environmental permits, where applicable. A copy of permits must be submitted as part of the tender submission. Any submission received without a copy of the permits will not be evaluated.
