Eastwood Village Primary - Waterproofing Works

Waterproofing rectification works are required to the front balcony and wall areas at Eastwood Village Primary.

The scope of work involves taking up the existing slabs, cleaning of the balcony deck and the installation of new waterproofing prior to the replacement of all slabs and associated works.

Once complete, the intumescent paint to the columns in the basement will need to be replaced along with a couple of light fittings.
