Provision of Lift and Lifting Equipment Servicing, Maintenance and Reactive Repairs including Planned Installation and Refurbishments

Amplius is preparing to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint suitably qualified Contractors to provide lift and lift equipment inspection, servicing, planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, and associated services across our residential property portfolio.

We welcome feedback and engagement from all interested Contractors, including established providers, specialist firms, and SMEs operating across our regions. Through this engagement, we are seeking to gain valuable market insight that will help inform our procurement strategy and ensure the resulting opportunity is attractive, deliverable, and beneficial to both our customers and service providers.

The scope of works is anticipated to include lift servicing, maintenance, and associated works across Amplius' property portfolio, located across various locations within our operating geography. The contract will primarily cover planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance inspections (including LOLER where applicable), and reactive repairs for a range of lifting and access systems. These include passenger lifts, through floor lifts, stair lifts, hoists, personal lifting appliances, roller shutters, and fixed ladder systems requiring inspection. The scope will also include ancillary works such as minor refurbishment, component replacement, and lift installations where required. The procurement is expected to be structured as a services contract, with maintenance forming the core requirement, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable operation of lifting and access equipment across the organisation’s housing stock.
