ID 6399517 - DoJ - Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) Window Cleaning Services Contract

The Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) is an Executive Agency of the Department of Justice (DoJ). NICTS are accountable to the Department and the Northern Ireland Assembly. NICTS wishes to appoint a competent and professional Supplier for the cleaning of internal and external window glazing, frames and internal and external surfaces. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 November 2026 for a period of 3 years with an extension period of up to 24 months. The Supplier must be in a

position to commence the first scheduled clean in March 2027. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the requirements of this contract.
