Description

The police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey are exploring the market for the supply of ear and eye protection for our operational dogs. These dogs may be deployed during operations where distraction devices such as flash bangs or other incapacitating devices are used and may be in close proximity to such deployments. In light of this, the Force is seeking to understand what suitable protective products are currently available on the market, along with information regarding product performance, durability, and expected lifespan.

1. Register to In-Tend https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/register

2. Once registered, log into the portal and click on the Portal button in the top right corner

3. Scroll down the list to find Surrey Police and click where it says register with organisation. It should then link you to the Surrey Police where you can access live opportunities. To Connect also to Sussex Police, follow step 2 and 3 this time for Sussex Police.

4. It does take 10-15 minutes sometimes for the connection to process through but you should then be able to access any open opportunities.
