Direct Award for Elizabeth Line 5 years Communication performance improvement project

The 5 years Communications Performance Improvement Strategy planned for 2026 to 2031 primarily focuses on delivering 27 minor Communications and Control works packages and simple renewal activities on the Elizabeth Line Communications and Control systems. This includes obsolescence related works, safety and cyber security patches, minor functionality changes, and improvement changes to the communication sub-systems for reliability and performance.
