ii) A Chippenham Town Council Purchase Order will be issued to the successful tenderer as confirmation of the works.

iii) The successful Tender will be paid in full in the 2026/27 financial year.

iv) Reservation: The Town Council reserves the right to not accept the lowest, or any Tender.
