Description

Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of Phase 1 Cladding Remedial Works - Chatham Court and Highstreet.

Project Description :

The proposed works at Chatham Court are to consist of the design, supply and

installation of a new A1 or A2, s1-d0 rated insulated render system (ETICS) with any associated fire stopping and cavity barriers to replace the existing insulated render system (ETICS). Note: no cavity barrier is required if the A1 or A2,s1-d0 rated insulation is fixed directly to the sheathing board substrate, and as such filling the 20mm gap that currently exists between the EPS insulation

and sheathing board. Additionally, to replace unknown composite board decking and plywood substrate to balconies with an A1 or A2, s1-d0 rated product to the rear elevation only.

Project description: The proposed works at 27A High Street are to consist of the design, supply

and installation of timber-effect cladding panels only with an A1 or A2, s1-d0 rated product on the courtyard elevations only.

The anticipated contract commencement date is 8th June 2026 (SOS) .

The Contracting Authority proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 6 months with the preferred Supplier.
