Contract for General Works as part of a wider Swansea Market external entrance improvements scheme

General works contract as part of a wider Swansea Market external entrance improvements scheme (Oxford St, Whitewalls and Union St). The work will include strip out of redundant electrical services and finishes, provision of new services, installation of new wall and ceiling finishes, preparation of street opening for new roller shutters and other general works.
