- Create stronger links with existing operators
- Establish opportunities to reconfigure/ redevelop units to diversify income
from retail and introduce new uses
- Activate public realm
- Create additional benefits with wider council operations and create wider
development opportunities.
- Improve resident and consumer engagement/ marking/ events
- Oversee Centre Manager, Property Management, Legal and Agency
functions to ensure alignment, orderly transition and all potential
opportunities progressed
