Homeless Prevention Service
Description
Pembrokeshire County Council is preparing to tender for the provision of a homelessness prevention support service for people aged 16 and older who require non-specialist, housing-related support to access and maintain suitable accommodation and live independently in their home.
The service will be delivered using the Liberated Method - a strengths-based, person-led approach that prioritises autonomy, co-production, and empowerment.
The event will provide an overview of the services we are seeking to procure & the procurement process with an opportunity to ask questions on matters relating to the tender.
The Briefing Session will be via Microsoft Teams on 23/01/2026 from 13:00 – 14:30
