Domestic Abuse Recovery Service
Description
Liverpool City Council is to award a provider a contract to deliver a Domestic Abuse Recovery Service (DARS) to individuals experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse.
The purpose of the service is to appoint a provider to deliver a minimum of 12 units for a DARS to be commissioned on a 24-month basis with an option to extend the contract for up to a further twelve-month extension period(s) for a value of up to £500,000 per annum (excluding VAT) using funds from the Domestic Abuse New Burdens Funding 2025/26 revenue grant allocation.
This procurement took place as an Open Procedure procurement under the Procurement Act 2023, with the units being delivered in separate single gendered buildings with a minimum of 6 self-contained units within each site.
