Sprowston Town Council is tendering for a suitable contractor to design and install a new high quality skatepark facility on development land off Blue Boar Lane.
The project will include:
• A base budget of £250,000, with a further £50,00 to achieve a "Wow" factor (total of £300,000)
• Full design and build of a bespoke high quality skatepark with a footprint of approximately of 50m x 50m
• Any further public consultation as may be deemed advisable/necessary
• Associated works including drainage, surfacing, lighting and street furniture as required
Suppliers are required to give an in-person presentation (maximum of 30 mins + Qs & As) in support of their skate park design and submission. Presentations will be made to an Evaluation Panel on Friday 6th March 2026) at Sprowston Town Council Offices, Recreation Ground Road, Sprowston, Norwich, NR7 8EW.
