Support for Primary Care Cervical Screening Service
Description
NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) intend to commission a Support for Primary Care Cervical Screening Service.
The successful provider will work alongside Black Country primary care colleagues to deliver a support service to General Practitioners to improve screening rates by identifying and re-calling eligible people to make an appointment for screening and then affirming their attendance.
As a result of this above threshold open procedure (Light Touch) process, a Contract will be awarded to the successful Provider for a period of 12 months (1 year) (01st April 2026 to 31st March 2027), with the Commissioner having the option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years, subject to additional funding availability.
