The Council manages its housing stock within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), which is subject to annual revaluation in line with Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) requirements to ensure accurate reporting in the Council’s financial statements.

• Nominate a Project Manager to act as the principal point of contact throughout the contract.
• Deliver the services outlined in the Service Specification.
• Advise the Client Officer on any additional information required to complete the valuation process.
