Description
Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is reviewing its current Home Care (Domiciliary Care) model to ensure it aligns with the Adult Social Care Prevention Strategy. Building on the success of hyper-local, neighbourhood-based home care, we plan to introduce a new rapid-response service designed to provide same-day support and we are also seeking support from Home Care providers to deliver the care and support for the Gloucestershire's Community Reablement Service.
This is a market research exercise, GCC may or may not offer a tender opportunity in the future.
