Description

The services sought under the contract are:

 Design of, and advice on, the suitability of investment strategies.

 Assistance with the selection of investment managers to implement the chosen investment strategy, including the co-ordination of the transition of assets.

 Reporting on the development of the investment strategy.

 Reporting on investment manager performance, any organisational developments, and their ongoing suitability.

 Reviews and drafting of (or input to) investment policy documents, including provision of updates on relevant developments (e.g. Charity Commission guidance, UK Stewardship Code, or evolving ESG frameworks) to ensure the investment policy statement remains compliant and fit for purpose.

 Advice on responsible or sustainable investment policies and their implementation.

 Support negotiating fees with investment managers and reviewing agreements from an investment point of view, including fee benchmarking of investment manager and custodian fees.

 Ability to deliver training sessions for Committee members, particularly around ESG developments, stewardship, and regulatory changes.

 Ability to scenario model and stress test the investment strategy under different market conditions.

 Ability to review strategic asset allocation and impact on risk and return.
