Description

Wychavon District Council is inviting tenders for the conversion and refurbishment of the former Pershore Police Station into high quality energy efficient office accommodation.

The contract includes for but is not limited to minor demolition works and structural alterations, installation of a new air source heating & hot water system including PV panels, new meeting rooms, open plan office areas, improved fire compartmentation and escape routes, new windows, doors & rooflights, new toilet accommodation, staff welfare areas, new floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new energy efficient lighting and external decoration.

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents
