This includes registered workers under investigation, their families, applicants or registered persons referred to case conferences or hearings, complainants, witnesses, whistle-blowers, and the independent panel members who sit on our fitness to practise panel hearings. The service aims to safeguard wellbeing and offer appropriate support throughout these challenging and sensitive procedures.
