Door entry service and maintenance

The Industrial Dwellings Society (1885) Ltd (IDS), a registered housing association with its head office located at 143 Stoke Newington Road, London N16 8BP, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver the annual servicing, routine maintenance, and responsive repairs of door entry systems across its residential estates.

The service will operate across a geographically dispersed housing stock, requiring the contractor to demonstrate proven experience in maintaining door entry systems within multi‑occupancy residential buildings, strong technical competence across a range of manufacturers, and the capacity to meet defined response times. The contractor must also have robust reporting systems, effective communication processes, and the ability to maintain accurate service records and asset information to support IDS's compliance and operational needs.
