This opportunity is for the design, supply, and installation of parkour equipment and associated wet pour safety surfacing at Oundle Road Recreation Ground, Peterborough.
Peterborough City Council is seeking a contractor to provide a purpose-built outdoor parkour facility which meet the needs of the local parkour community in Peterborough. The intended purpose of the facility is that it will provide an area for this community, as well as introduce new participants to the sport and give the residents of the city access to an activity they may not have been aware of previously.
The duties of the successful contractor will include:
i) The design of a fit for purpose parkour facility
ii) Supply of equipment and materials
iii) Installation of the park and associated safety surfacing
iv) Site restoration after works are complete
v) Post installation inspection to ensure the facility meets all required safety standards
