Memorial Schemes and Products

Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a supplier or suppliers for the provision of providing a range of grounds works to all cemeteries including the installation of a range of grave styles whilst ensuring memorial safety is paramount when checking, fixing and maintaining a variety of memorial options. This service would also require the safe and sensitive Exhumation procedure, including providing all equipment required to ensure it has been conducted in a respectful manner.

The contract for goods and services will commence on 01/11/2025 and will be in place for a period of 4 years and include annual performance reviews.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
